Ralph Rogers

Ralph Rogers brings to the Board many years of professional practice in the field of communication. Currently the Director of Communications at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, he was previously with the Asian Art Museum, working to present both institutions' "stories" in an engaging and inspiring perspective. Ralph works extensively with people in group settings and encourages collaboration, questioning, listening and storytelling. His work at Zen Center includes being on the Senior Living Committee, Program Committee, Green Gulch work practice and his teacher is Linda Ruth Cutts.

“I am humbled to be asked to join the San Francisco Zen Center’s Board of Directors. In looking at this opportunity, I ask myself two questions. First, what contribution can I make? I’ve worked in marketing for many years. Recently, I have focused on non-profit communications; first as Director of Marketing at the Asian Art Museum and now as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Stanford Business School. I am committed to supporting the sangha with my communications and community development experience.
