Sally Chang’s love of martial arts and classical Chinese medicine are interwoven and have been a constant guide and way of life. She recognizes that returning to simplicity and living in modern civilization seems a paradox. Gratefully, life has a way of showing humor and lightness even through challenging times. Practice is a guide through all manner of seasons, revealing freedom within form.
