Friday, August 11, 4 pm – Sunday, August 13, noon

Living in today’s increasingly complex and fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever to slow down and experience the stillness, balance and clarity available to us in each moment.

The integration of yoga and zazen is a profound experience. When we bring awareness to the experience of the body in the present moment, our mind is less distracted and more settled. With this comes the joy and fulfillment of awakening to each moment with the body and mind as one. Quite naturally, our innate capacity for wisdom and compassion manifests itself.

Join Samantha Ostergaard and Do-On Robert Thomas this summer as they integrate the generous spirit and profound teachings of two ancient spiritual traditions—Yoga and Zen Buddhism—in these Manifesting the Wisdom of the Body: Zen Mind, Yoga Body retreats.
