Yoga, meditation and nature offer a potent resource for healing. This retreat will promote greater well-being through the therapeutic application of Prajna Yoga: a unique combination of asana, somatic movement and pranayama to deeply unwind and restore the body. Zen meditation will develop ease and stability of mind to access your innermost being and embrace what arises. We will reflect on our experience of time, presence and beauty to access their healing potential.

This daylong will include alternating periods of yoga, sitting and walking meditation, and time in nature. Weather permitting, the meditation will be outdoors on the gorgeous grounds of Green Gulch. All levels are welcome.

Also with Djuna and Anna:
Deeper immersion into yoga and healing with a 6-day retreat at Tassajara, May 18-23rd.
Fees: $90; $81 current SFZC members; $72 limited income. To Register: Use the ticket table below to register online. Or call our toll free number (888.743.9362) or our local number (415.475.9362).
