Qigong, widely known for its healing effects and spiritual empowerment, improves blood circulation, strengthens the immune system, and calms the mind. This one-day workshop will introduce you to the basic Qigong theories and the three core dynamic Qigong exercises for health.

Liping Julia Zhu
Liping Julia Zhu, L.Ac., is a certified qigong instructor from China and a disciple of Taoist Master Yu Anren. She is the qigong instructor at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a former resident of San Francisco Zen Center.
