Everyone welcome. Musicians, lyricists, both beginners and experienced.

Practicing with Buddhism to spark creativity through writing both music and lyrics.

In this retreat we will take up the practice of song writing and explore its relationship to meditation, awareness and creativity. Students will experience both private and group instruction and coaching in composing, writing lyrics, meditation and how meditation can spark the creativity of songwriting. Our exploration and music will be supported by life in the valley community—Zen practice, meals together, and space for relaxation and natural inspiration.

Retreat fee: $310 ($264/Member)

Please note that the retreat fee does not include accommodations. Retreats begin late afternoon on the indicated start date and end in the morning on the indicated end date. Visit the Rooms & Rates section and determine your preferred accommodations before making your reservations request online.
