July 25-29, 2014 (Friday-Tuesday)

All levels welcome.

Cultivating complete and compassionate presence of body and mind through Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Zen practice, we actualize our true body and our true self as our complete expression.

Join us for a four-day retreat devoted to integrating the vital yet calming practice of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with the wisdom and compassion of Zen meditation and insight. Together, cultivating presence of body and mind through these parallel practices, we can wake up to this gift of human life. Through yoga, meditation, dharma discussion, and ample unstructured time to enjoy Tassajara’s wilderness and hot springs, we can find the depth and joy of retreat practice and nourish the basis for taking our practice of presence out of the yoga studio and meditation hall and into our daily lives.

Retreat fee: $310 ($264/Member)

Please note that the retreat fee does not include accommodations. Retreats begin late afternoon on the indicated start date and end in the morning on the indicated end date. Visit the Rooms & Rates section and determine your preferred accommodations before making your reservations request online.
