April 26-29 (Friday-Monday)

Open to all levels.

Join us as we investigate the rejuvenating power of the life force within us all through the lenses of Vinyasa Yoga and Dogen Zen.

It is spring – a new Tassajara season begins. The ancient Zen adepts spoke of “the dragon song that comes from the withered tree”. What is this life force we feel so keenly each spring? Let’s explore what renews and revives us via Zen, Vinyasa Yoga and the magic of Tassajara. We will have morning meditation practice followed by an active asana class. The afternoon will be a time to explore the trails, baths and serenity of Tassajara followed by more meditation and restorative Yoga, and practicing Kirtan (devotional singing and chanting) to awaken the dragon within!

Retreat fee: $240 ($204/member)
