Everyone welcome; couples or individuals.

Awaken healing energy and promote optimal health in yourself and others through traditional Japanese bodywork techniques.

Shiatsu is a wonderful healing art that is easy to learn, fun to practice, and stimulates the natural healing flow of energy. Learn to focus your Ki (energy) from your Hara (center), and be able to offer your friends and family a traditional Shiatsu acupressure treatment. You will have the opportunity to practice and receive a series of treatments, covering the entire body, and learn techniques of self-massage. Each class will involve a short meditation, a demonstration, practice sessions, and practical applications. Join us in connecting with ourselves, others, and nature through meditation, breath, and touch.
