August 16-18 (Friday-Sunday)

All levels welcome.

Let’s learn to relate to joy as an everyday part of a fulfilling life.

In the teachings of Mahayana Buddhism, pramudita --surpassing joy-- is considered the first stage of practice for a bodhisattva. For many of us, joy is fleeting, perhaps a rare friend. However, through the commitment to our practice and ripening of our heart we can cultivate this jewel. How would it be to relate to joy as a foundational practice for a fulfilling life, and not just a fringe benefit to be hoped for? Join Darcy and Greg for a weekend of heart opening practices in Yoga and Zen to help uncover that which is our natural birthright.

Retreat fee: $170 ($145/member)
