Discover how your body can guide you to find inner stillness, peace and freedom through Yoga and Zen.

Join us as we take time to deeply restore and realign with our deepest intentions as human beings through the integration of yoga and Zen. In this retreat we explore the Buddhist practice of the Six Perfections to realize generosity, ethical conduct, patience, vitality, concentration, and wisdom through the body. The yoga practice will cultivate immediacy and stability in the flow of poses, and deep relaxation and presence in the restorative postures. You'll leave renewed and refreshed, with a solid grounding in stillness and peace, inspired to live the wisdom of an embodied life that benefits all beings.

No experience necessary, everyone welcome!
