with Letitia Bartlett and Kanzan David ZimmermanAugust 2-4 (Friday-Sunday)
All are welcome.
Breathe, open and unravel. Release and drop into authentic joy and repose during this weekend of Yoga and Zen.Through the practices, postures and slower rhythms of Iyengar yoga and Zen meditation, this retreat will guide you into an experience of relaxed, grounded stability and compassionate awareness. As we develop the poses, everyday stresses and challenges can be released so that breath, ease and vitality can flourish. We will focus on developing alignment, stillness, expansiveness and clarity of mind and body. With a light-hearted approach, Letitia will help individual students express the yoga poses fully and joyfully. Through Zen teachings, David will support us to deepen our connection to our natural state of equanimity and insight.
