For writers of all levels.

Discover how a writing practice can help us wake up and be mindful, open and receptive to inspired creativity.

Writing can bring us into the present moment and help us give voice to what is most important in our lives. In this retreat, we’ll share techniques that will help us tap into our stories, memories, and imagination, whether we’re writing with a view toward self-exploration and healing, or creating art for a wider audience. Our schedule includes teaching, creative writing exercises, and feedback, and several short meditations to awaken awareness, spark creativity, and bring our writing alive.
