For those 55 and older

This class builds on the Dharma talk given by Tova and Valorie on April 20th, 2013, and on responses to a survey sent out this spring.   In the class we will explore four topics related to aging:

1.    Connection or lack of it
2.    Letting go and exploring what’s new
3.    Changing bodies and minds
4.    Living with dying

Each class will include presentations and discussion in small or large groups.  We will create a shared list of readings and other resources.  You are invited to sign up for and browse the web forum ("Good Old Zen"), and add thoughts, suggestions, pictures, books or other resources on aging that you've found helpful. What comes next with “Good Old Zen” will emerge from this class and from suggestions we receive.

Fee: $60; $54 current SFZC members; $48 limited income. Some partial scholarships available.

To Register: Use the Ticket Table below. Or call our toll free number 888.743.9362 or our local number 415.475.9362.
