300 Page Street (Dining Room) How do we maintain our health and well being in this fast-paced and demanding modern-life? How do we live in harmony with nature, with others, and within ourselves? In this workshop we will explore these questions from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We will learn concepts of Yin and Yang, Five Elements, and Qi, and causes of some of the common conditions such as pain, stress, and low energy. We will also learn how Traditional Chinese Medicine promotes and sustains physical and mental health through opening, harmonizing and strengthening the vital energy in human body. Delicious herbal teas will be served during the workshop.
